Sign Delivery Service Terms

Sign Delivery is a DBA of Legacy Endurance LLC.

By submitting a service request, the customer confirms they have authorization to request sign pickup, delivery, installation, removal, storage, lockbox coordination, or rider service for the listed property.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate property addresses, pickup locations, access instructions, HOA rules, gate codes, sign placement instructions, and lockbox instructions.

Sign Delivery will make reasonable efforts to complete the requested service within the requested time window, but service may be delayed due to weather, unsafe conditions, inaccessible property, missing materials, incorrect information, or other conditions outside our control.

Basic service is billed at $75 per pickup or delivery.

Premium service is billed at $399 per month and includes unlimited pickup, delivery, removal, storage, Under Contract rider service, lockbox coordination, and photo confirmation within the approved service area and fair use scheduling rules.

Sign Delivery is not responsible for unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fences, HOA violations, municipal violations, unauthorized placement requested by the customer, damage caused by third parties, theft, vandalism, or weather damage.

Payment is due before or at the time of scheduling unless otherwise approved.

By submitting a request, the customer agrees to these terms.
